Jordana is a passionate advocate for building community, driven by her personal experience with childhood cancer. In 2014, she faced the heartbreaking diagnosis and loss of her daughter Sarah to T-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. Throughout Sarah’s treatment and the difficult journey of bereavement, Jordana was deeply touched by the generosity and support of those around her. In memory of Sarah and the kindness they received, Jordana is committed to finding ways to support others who are going through challenging times.
Hobbies/Interests:
As an avid reader, Jordana found the perfect job working at their local library. She can be found putting away books or supporting the fund development team. Jordana is passionate about seeing people in a compassionate and authentic way through photographs. She endeavors to learn and is often reading or listening to a new podcast. Jordana loves being in nature, and spends as much time as she can in the mountains camping, walking and finding wildflowers.
